Our Team
Andy – Managing Director
Andy started supporting people with hoarding behaviour after he found himself appearing, by chance, on the Obsessive Compulsive Hoarder TV documentary on Channel 4 in 2011. His tolerance, creative thinking and sense of humour made him a natural and his list of success stories quickly grew. He is compassionate, patient, funny, strong and very good at DIY! He lives in Wales on a smallholding with his partner, (Belinda), their three children and a lot of animals!
Belinda – Owner Director
Belinda’s career history is mainly in medical publishing and education, predominantly diabetes; but when she met Andy in 2014 she was a natural fit for the work and they quickly set up Clouds End Services td, providing support full time, for people in London and the Home Counties. She is calm and patient, as well as having a good sense of humour. She lives on a small holding in Wales with Andy and their three children and travels to London to work on alternate weeks.
Pete – Specialist Support Worker
Pete, at 67 is our oldest support worker (and probably the one with the most energy!) his career history is in removals and later in social care, working in drug and alcohol rehabilitation. He is patient, calm and funny, and has the ability to move very heavy items out of very tight and awkward spaces!
Stuart - Team manager
Stuart has been with us since March 2023 and is proving to be a real asset. With his chatty, empathic demenour he is great at getting access to clients who are more reluctant to cooperate. Stuart has done a few different jobs but considers working with Clouds End to be the most satisfying he’s had. He lives in Wales and travels to London every other week.
Roxanna (Rox) – Specialist Support Worker
Rox, at 29 is our youngest support worker. She genuinely cares for the people that she supports and treats them like members of the family. She is incredibly calm and understanding and will work patiently to get the desired results but at the clients pace. She lives with her Mum (Azi) and her daughter in West London.
Kimberly – Specialist Support Worker
Kim is dedicated and professional to the people she supports, providing a patient and unfazed approach. She has spent a majority of her professional career supporting people with mental health issues as well as homelessness and drug and alcohol addiction. She enjoys reading, walking and the natural world.
Josh – Specialist Support Worker
Josh is Andy’s son and has recently joined with a view to taking over the business some day. Hardworking, funny and sympathetic to service users, he is a great asset to the company.
